Chandler Macleod is offering an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner to join our client Baiada, a leading poultry processing organisation known for its tasty chicken and turkey products.

As a production planner you would be working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and encouraging team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Regular communications with team, Site and Production Manager on a regular basis
- Run daily production meetings
- Inventory control, including monitoring and actioning stock
- Scheduling in line with machinery/ingredients/packaging availability
- Contributing to selection and weekly planning

**What we need from you**:

- Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Ability to make quick and correct decisions "on the job"
- Drive to meet production targets and KPI's
- Ability to work in a team environment to resolve problems or improve systems
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- A proactive and inclusive attitude
- Attention to personal hygiene

**Skills/experience (preferred)**:

- Background in poultry processing
- Forklift licence/experience
- Cert IV in Frontline Management
