**About the role**

Vida Glow is looking for a Supply Planner who will be responsible for ensuring the product supply, planning of various raw materials and packaging to different manufacturing and packing sites, as well as planning and optimizing the inventories across the end-to-end supply chain. This role is also pivotal in facilitating the S&OP process, to model alternative supply scenarios, and achieve best equilibrium between demand and supply.

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with Sales to analyse and comprehend rolling 12-month sales forecast from various channels and markets to understand the latest insights and implication to product inventory and supply plan.
- Master the Netstock planning tool and perform ERP (Sage) operations to reflect movement of components and receipt of goods so as to maintain inventory data integrity
- Raise purchase orders for both components and manufacturing services according to the lead-time and outcome from the monthly supply and materials planning meeting
- Consolidate the demand of Vida Glow supplied components and ensure each manufacturing sites are covered with the optimum level of inventories and avoid any supply gaps or excessive stock.
- Develop and maintain rolling production and inventory movement plan and materials purchase plan to ensure product supply master plan
- Develop flexible plans for production and components orders based on sales projection, inventory outlook, order lead time, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling OOS and over stock risks at all warehouses and facilitate actions with key stakeholders in S&OP process.
- Develop different supply scenarios according to demand dynamics, and come up with proposals that achieve best cost efficiency
- Manage and maintain master data, ensure data accuracy, consistency, resilience and integrity across different systems
- Work closely with order fulfillment, logistics and customer service to ensure the service level KPIs are achieved, e.g., OOS rate, ageing inventory % and DIO etc.
- Lead month supply materials and planning meeting to generate components and manufacturing purchase plans in support to the demand dynamics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in planning processes and procedures

**Required knowledge and experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain and related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in ERP systems, Sage X3 or Netstock or other planning tools preferred
- FMCG experience highly advantageous
- Sound understanding of multiple sites and markets end-to-end supply chain.

**Required competencies**
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible working style, dealing with constant change in a busy environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
