**Your new role**

We are looking for a **Demand Planner **to join our Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis. At GWA we offer hybrid and flexible work options, but when you are in the ‘office’ you will call our **North Sydney** office ‘home’.

As our Demand Planner, you will lead all forecasting activities associated with allocated product portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders. Specifically, this role will see you responsible for:

- Utilising a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that accurate information is used to create demand plans
- Providing input to Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Creating statistical forecasts and completing error analysis to improve/summarise forecasts
- Preparing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Refining systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that GWA can better anticipate customer needs

**About you**

Along with a minimum of 3 years experience in a supply/demand planning role, you’ll have:

- A tertiary qualification/Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Commerce
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of IBP principles and practices
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems
