An exciting opportunity to join Blackwoods Customer Implementation team, supporting the delivery of Blackwoods largest customer growth partnership programs.

The **Program Manager** will play a pivotal role in the implementation, delivery, and governance of large scale spend consolidation and operational excellence programs for Blackwood’s most strategic customers.

This is a high-profile role within the Customer Strategy Team, responsible for providing governance and structure on all elements of implementation and business readiness. Advanced stakeholder management, communication skills and a customer-centric mindset will allow the program manager to build strong customer relationships and influence key outcomes to drive transformational growth for Blackwoods.

**The Program Manager will be responsible for**:

- Strategic planning, management, and governance of the overall program
- Supporting customer pipeline development and scheduling
- Manage program risks and issues through identifying and facilitating the implementation of an appropriate solution
- Resource planning and prioritisation of the program working within PMO prioritisation criteria
- Establish operating rhythms to ensure the implementation objectives for commercial deals are delivered
- Manage the cross functional delivery team through a matrix structure to ensure the program remains on track
- Ensure business readiness activities are planned and executed for mínimal impact to all stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement activities across all aspects of the Customer Strategy Team
- Embed process improvements with Customers and within Blackwoods

**Important to Your Success**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Program or Project Management/Leadership positions, particularly in business or strategy/commercial
- Advanced knowledge of Project and Program management methodologies and standards
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and dealing with conflict
- Confident negotiator, influencer, and communicator
- Customer centric with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in complex business environment with multiple locations
- Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems
- Knowledge of Change Management principles an advantage
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Digital platforms are an advantage
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team, particularly in matrix structure environment
