**About the role**

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to; job briefs, advert writing, selection of advertising channels, short-listing, scheduling and facilitating phone and face to face interviews, reference checks, immigration checks, coordinating inductions, collection of mandatory compliance documentation and contract offers.
- Prepare paperwork for new starters including drafting contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Proactive sourcing of talent using existing and contemporary tools.
- Ensuring all employee records are current, complete and meet legislative requirements.
- Collaborating with leaders to understand business workforce plans and hiring requirements and ensuring sourcing strategies meet the business needs.
- Utilising reports and analysis of recruitment activities as a basis for continuous improvement in stakeholder relationship by highlighting concerns/issues and providing appropriate recommendations.

**What we require**:

- Previous experience in similar role (preference of 2 years experience).
- Demonstrated understanding of, and exposure to, recruitment and workforce retention processes and practices.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
- Well developed written communication skills including experience with report writing and development of program assessment and evaluation tools.
- Cert IV in HR, Business or relevant discipline (desirable) or working towards a relevant qualification.
- Experience in Aurion software system or Pulse/Definitiv software system (desirable)
