Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role provides an opportunity for career growth within the company, ideal for someone eager to advance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and distribute incoming calls
- Develop strong product knowledge (ongoing training provided)
- Respond to customer product inquiries
- Build strong relationships with our resellers
- Support and back up external sales representatives
- Process orders and invoices
- Perform data entry and manage quotations
- Assist with marketing creation and distribution

We are looking for someone who embodies the following characteristics:

- Ability to grow with the company and willingness to take on various responsibilities
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong command of the English language
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reasonable keyboard speed with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in the healthcare devices market is advantageous but not essential
- Marketing experience is also advantageous but not essential

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
