Always Hear is on the lookout for a new Client Care Coordinator for our Scoresby/Ferntree Gully clinic. Every Always Hear client is a VIP and we support them through their hearing journey as an independent audiology. We provide personalized hearing support in clinic and within our community.

As a Client Care Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

- Welcome our clients and provide support and hearing aid maintenance.
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential clients for our Scoresby and Officer clinics.

Reach out to the local community and bring on new partnerships with retirement homes, nursing homes and sporting clubs. (Training provided)

Come up with new promotional ideas during our team monthly meetings
- Support the audiologist by scheduling and following up appointments for current and potential clients.
- Provide after care support for our clients.
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the clinic and other administrative duties.
- Undergo training and development courses.

You will be working closely with an audiologist together you will visit nursing homes and retirement homes as needed and in clinic appointments.

About you:
You have an outgoing social personality with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Previous experience in meeting KPI and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. You are a fast learner and love a good challenge. You enjoy speaking with people and building rapport with our clients. Ability to go out solo and with the audiologist to gain new partnerships. Have a valid drivers license and are happy to travel around locally to different sites.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
