**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Sales order data entry of spare part orders and obtaining correct client billing details.
- Assisting to respond to customer feedback and dealing with complaints/issues.
- Communications with warehouse about stock dispatch and ETAs for clients.
- Continuing of strong customer relationships through excellent and quick turnaround time.
- Monitoring and assisting a shared inbox with the Customer Care team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a motivated Spare Parts Coordinator, who has a passion for customer service and is quick + accurate with their customer turnaround times. To be successful, you'll need a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise what is important now. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be liaising with a lot of different stakeholders. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with hybrid working available after completion of probation.
