**About our role**:
Reporting to the Head of HR for Talent and Organisation Development, this is a national role in a global company. This role is pivotal in supporting our people processes in Australia for the HR team and Leaders, including: Annual review cycle, Learning & Development programs, HR reporting and Recruitment support.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Learning and Development - coordinating learning programs, administration & reporting
- Reporting and Analysis - workforce demographics, global KPI's, digital learning insights
- Recruitment and Onboarding - SME for our recruitment and attraction systems: ATS, LinkedIn, Seek; improve onboarding processes
- Communication - updates and policy enquiries

**About you**:

- Around 2 years in an HR Graduate, Administrator or Coordinator role
- A self-starter who has proficiency in HR software, processes and databases and an active interest in AI
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related
- Highly computer literate MS Office and business and communication tools.
- A passion to grow and learn and 'out grow' this role in 2-3 years
