**Our Family**:

- We're an active, outdoorsy, and close-knit family looking for a warm, dependable nanny who's as excited about child development and exploration as we are Our two little ones - a curious and extroverted 4-year-old and a happy, busy 1-year-old - thrive in an environment full of movement, learning, and new experiences. We're seeking someone who will be a true partner in helping them grow, learn, and discover the world around them. Mum and Dad both have professional careers in the CBD. We occasionally work from home if required but are generally based in our respective offices during business hours.

**Your Duties**:

- Creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for both children
- Planning stimulating age-appropriate activities (think crafts, park trips, play groups, library outings, and sensory play)
- Encouraging curiosity and supporting developmental milestones
- Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children
- Managing naps, nappy changes, and daily routines
- Light tidying and laundry related to the kids
- Kindy or activity drop-offs/pick-ups

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, imaginative, and full of energy - someone who isn't afraid to get a little silly, dress up as a pirate, or host a pretend tea party when our 4-year-old is deep in a world of make-believe (given this, fluent English is a must). At the same time, it's important that you bring a calm, confident presence and can provide the structure and consistency young kids thrive on. You'll know how to balance fun with clear boundaries, and help guide our children with patience, empathy, and respect. A great sense of humor, a big heart, and a genuine love for early childhood are all must-haves.
