Team Lord Operations Manager on a 9-month maternity leave contract

If you want the chance to be a part of something exciting, this role will have you working for an extremely motivated Agent, who specialises in Brisbane’s Inner Eastern suburbs and delivers premium results to his clients.
You will directly support Darcy Lord and his team as their Team Operations Manager on a 9-month maternity leave contract, with the view to extend if the existing person wishes to extend their parental leave.
You will get the benefit of working in a high performing and structured team, whilst being backed by a reputable brand. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, has a passion for Real Estate and who can step into the shoes of someone who has had a 20-year career in Real Estate

**What your day could look like**:

- Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
- Client nurturing from appraisal through to settlement;
- Extensive diary management ensuring the Lead Agent has their days and time with clients maximised;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Managing your Agent’s marketing collateral throughout the year, ensuring it is professional and on brand;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;

**Requirements**:

- 2- 3 years previous experience in a high functioning Real Estate administration role is advantageous
- Exceptionally organised and diligent with your time management skills
- A customer centric focused approach to your daily tasks and client interactions
- Have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Immaculate attention to detail
