Practice Manager - Lead With Purpose at a Boutique Dental Clinic

**Salary**: $85,000-$100,000 + Performance Bonus

At Balmoral Dental Centre, we’re a well-established, patient-centred practice known for our personalised care, high standards, and genuinely supportive culture. We are now seeking a Practice Manager to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to the way we operate—freeing up our clinicians to focus on delivering excellent care.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our close-knit team, working closely with the Principal Dentist to manage the day-to-day running of the clinic and support the team’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day operations of a streamlined 2-chair clinic with a close-knit team
- Managing and rostering dentists, dental assistants, and front desk staff
- Overseeing appointment book efficiency, patient flow, and treatment conversions
- Handling recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and quarterly performance reviews
- Collaborating with the principal on systems, strategy, marketing, and service improvements
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring team accountability and follow-through
- Maintaining a stable, respectful, and high-performing team culture

About You
- 2+ years experience as a Practice Manager or senior coordinator (dental or allied health)
- Confident in leading staff and handling HR responsibilities
- High emotional intelligence and calm, clear communication skills
- Strong organisational ability, accountability, and initiative
- Comfortable working with dental software and digital tools
- Committed to patient care and team success
