**How will I help?**

The Executive Manager, Property Transformation is responsible for ensuring the Property and Security transformation objectives are defined, documented and delivered in alignment with the Westpac transformation framework.

The role will develop and oversee a comprehensive transformation plan that outlines all business requirements, key activities, timelines and responsibilities to ensure a seamless transformation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring business requirements and transformation project plans are documented including all gold and silver milestones. You will work with and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program milestones are met. You’ll be responsible for leading transformation risk, change and communication activities, and identifying risks throughout the transformation and work with stakeholders to mitigate these risks.

With a small team, your accountabilities will be:

- delivering the property and security transformation strategy
- documenting business requirements and ensuring these requirements are understood by internal and external parties
- defining and tracking benefits of the transformation
- communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams and service providers, to ensure transformation activities are well co-ordinated, timelines met, and outcomes achieved. Ensuring there is no disruption to critical services during the transformation, with contingency plans in place to handle any potential issues

**What do I need?**

Yo u will have substantial experience (over 10 years) working within a financial services property service function. You’ll have in-depth knowledge of Property processes and supporting technology and experience leading large transformation programs. You hold a tertiary qualification in project management or a related discipline and are passionate about transformation. You will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and experience delivering transformation that aligns with a group transformation framework.
