We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Transformation Manager to work with a fast-growing high profile ASX-listed company. This role will be focused on driving the enhanced digital customer experience. This role incorporates aspects of change and operational management while also driving the company's Transformation in line with its digital strategy.

**Required Experience**
- Previous experience leading a large-scale organisation transformation
- Extensive expertise in enhancing digital customer experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Change Manager and Operational Lead is all highly desired (minimum 8 years in total)
- Highly competent in Agile Delivery (previous experience as a Certified Scrum Master is highly desired)
- Experience in Training and Development of staff regarding operations, processes and changes
- Adaptability is crucial for this role as you will 'wear many hats'
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal when delivering content around organisational change
- Strong stakeholder management skills dealing with very high expectations and requirements from Senior and Executive Leadership teams
- Highly motivated, and self-driven with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail, High-level organisation skills and result-orientated
- Must be willing to work in the office located in Sydney CBD 1-2 days per week
