Are you ready to support the onboarding of Australia’s most trusted workforces?

We’re looking for a proactive, people-first **Client Support Officer** to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role supporting new and existing clients using Enable ERMS and Cited—two Kinatico platforms helping organisations run secure and compliant pre-employment screening.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tech, process, and customer relationships—and wants to make an impact.

**About you**:

- Experience with Enable ERMS and Cited platforms (essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and system admin capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and requests
- Self-starter attitude, organised and process-driven
- Tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Prior experience in workforce tech, HR systems, or compliance (advantageous)

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Leading onboarding, setup and account management for large enterprise clients
- Supporting day-to-day client operations across Enable ERMS and Cited portals
- Conducting account audits and SLA reporting
- Creating and updating training guides, user documentation and manuals
- Updating client business rules, pricing and organisational structure
- Managing CRM records, follow-ups, and internal coordination
