**Your new role**

Your new role will be focusing on coordinating events and delivering selective courses to academic students.
- Managing logistics
- Assist with planning and scheduling of courses
- Develop and manage internal relationships - must have strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Organising and booking rooms including conference and medical rooms
- Coordinating staff and students
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities
- Coordinating and executing all events

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in creating event programmes and coordinating large scale events
- Highly developed administrative and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
