**The Company**

The client, is a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics properties across the Asia Pacific region. **The role**

An opportunity for a driven Accounts Payable Officer is now available to join a large team and work in a fun and vibrant culture. This role has the potential to develop into a wonderful and prosperous career in a company that rewards its staff with internal development throughout its divisions continually. The main duties are listed below:

- Processing a high volume of invoices and ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information
- Conducting bank reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate vendor records
- Reviewing the AR mailbox and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Completing daily ad-hoc tasks as required

- Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Yardi experience would be ideal but not essential
