**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities**
- We are seeking an Event Specialist to manage and execute a diverse portfolio of both digital and face-to-face events worldwide. Reporting to the Event Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all events meet the highest standards of delivery and engagement across multiple formats and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of events, from initial planning and venue management to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.
- Work closely with the product delivery team to enhance event efficiency and effectiveness through continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including managing speaker arrangements and sponsorship partnerships.
- Ensure all events are delivered in accordance with the latest industry trends, engaging participants and meeting all logístical and technical requirements.
- Monitor event performance, manage budgets, and provide detailed reports on engagement and feedback to stakeholders.
**About You**
- Proven experience in managing both digital and face-to-face events within a global framework.
- Strong technical proficiency with digital event platforms and tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and video editing software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships and negotiating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented and customer-focused approach, ensuring all events meet organizational standards and participant expectations.
