Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities, including **Defence Digital Group (DDG), National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG),**and branches across the **Navy, Army, and Air Force**.
- Drive innovation in C4 Design for Joint Force integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future C2 and C4 decisions.
- Enhance methods, processes, and repositories for future C2 adoption.
- Expertise in Decider Collaboration, C2 Agility, or C2 as a Manoeuvre Domain
- Strong collaborative and team-focused approach
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience publishing technical papers
- Knowledge of advanced Defence technologies

Understanding of Systems-of-Systems design and MBSE

Our work is **highly complex and confidential;**applicants must be Australian citizens with preferably a NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary.
