**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Representative to join our Customer Solutions team, working closely with our world class operations based in Tomago.

As the single point of contact between the customer and WesTrac, the Service Delivery Representative is responsible for the effective and efficient planning of component requirements across their customer base.

Paramount to the functionality of this position is requirement to ensure that the customer needs are investigated thoroughly and the solutions offered add value to both the customer and WesTrac, thereby ensuring customer relationship longevity.

Your daily challenge will see you balancing customer expectations, systems utilisation, process adherence and technical issues by providing Customers with the best service available through coordinating, scheduling, communicating and reporting.

This is unique role that offers the successful individual access to a wide range of career opportunities within WesTrac.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing superior customer service
- Ensuring a systematic and process driven methodology to all projects
- Driving adherence and execution to contractual terms
- General administration duties to support the team where required

**Skills & Experience**
- Your passion for delivering the best outcome for the Customer every time
- A willingness to take ownership of the project deliverables (Cost, Quality, Timeframe)
- An ability to foresee road blocks and develop solutions
- Previous experience in a high level customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- An ability to develop a reputation as a trusted advisor that delivers outcomes
- You will have a demonstrated systematic and process driven approach with strong ability to use systems/databases
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
- Qualifications in Mechanical Trade, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field - advantageous
