**About the role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and results driven Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Tomago Branch.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to key stakeholders. You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives on a challenging fast paced role and is passionate about customer experience.

This role is responsible for interpreting customer needs, the sale of and expediting of parts, fielding general enquiries, and capturing all new machine sales opportunities in CRM.

Roster pattern: 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 off, 2 days on, 3 nights on, 4 off, 3 days on, 2 nights on, 4 off.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be the first point of contact for all customers parts orders and aftermarket solutions.
- Parts interpretation
- Stock management
- Follow up customer enquiries and quotes
- Inbound order call management
- Data processing
- Retail and Eftpos Sales

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of interdepartmental team members
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
- Familiarity with Caterpillar processes or equipment would be highly regarded however not essential
