We are seeking a **Service Manager** to join our Team at Essendon Kia. We are looking for someone who has experience in being a leader or in a supervisory role to help lead our Service Team.
Sounds good, right?
You’ll need a cool head plus a knack for organising and getting on with people, as you will manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Department.
This involves managing our Service Team to ensure the workshop is operating at optimum capacity, and that all our KPI's are being achieved.
Did we mention getting on with people? To succeed, you will need to embody our Dealership values, inspiring all those around you and displaying a genuine passion for exceeding our customer’s expectations with the best possible service.
You may be surprised that while they are desirable, automotive mechanic qualifications are not necessary for this role, but a thorough knowledge of automotive service techniques, administration skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
