**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Development Business Partner to join the team in Adelaide.

This role will focus on contributing toward the strategic initiatives of increasing organisational capability and engagement of our People within KBR. In supporting the Senior Manager
- Talent Development, this position will provide advice, coaching, and direction to the People leaders of the business whilst developing key initiatives to build business capability and engagement of our people.

In this position, you will support and develop new and existing talent & performance programs, processes, and systems ensuring alignment to strategy, effective implementation and adoption, continuous improvement, and best-in-class stakeholder engagement for our People Leaders while also providing ongoing improvements to existing programs such as our graduate development program and intern program.

Other key responsibilities:

- Develop localised initiatives that align with our Talent processes to support engagement and retention.
- Act as an advocate for program initiatives and actively engage with the business to build support to existing and new Talent processes
- Develop and maintain Workday Talent expertise
- Manage Talent reporting and metrics with ability to oversee production and analysis of various reports, anticipate needs and questions, and provide useful insights.
- Work closely with our Learning and Development Advisor to coordinate activities to align with the People Strategy.
- Collaborate with the HR team locally on promotions, inclusion & diversity, compensation and organisational changes to enable KBRs talent to thrive.
