**About the Opportunity**
ECH are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to advise, coach and build the capability of our operational leaders with the effective management of WHS&IM.
This is a newly created position within our organisation building on our current structure, demonstrating our commitment to enhancing safety and wellbeing here at ECH.
This role is integral to ensuring the alignment of Work Health & Safety (WHS) objectives to promote a culture of wellbeing within our organisation underpinned by our status as a self-insured employer.
You will partner with key stakeholders to improve capability in incident investigations and management, as well as completing audits and inspections. This role also supports the Safety & Wellbeing Manager in the provision of high-quality wellbeing, early intervention, and work injury claims processes.
In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of the WHS&IM systems and work with leaders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
