**Position**: AO3 Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Pay**: $46 - $48/hour + super
**Location**: Brisbane CBD

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Officers across the teacher recruitment team to ensure consistency of approach and quality of recruitment processes.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable recruitment legislation, policy, procedures and practices.
- Contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement of teacher recruitment processes, including identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Extract recruitment data from relevant systems when requested, providing insights where possible.
- Foster an equitable, ethical and safe work environment.
