**The Appointment**

You’ll be an integral part of this high performing and supportive team.

You’ll be sat in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, based in a corporate environment, and soaking in the amazing, panoramic views.

Lunch time will be a challenge as you’ll be spoilt for choice with so many awesome cafes and restaurants located right on the doorstep.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will own all aspects of this role from ordering office supplies, housekeeping, managing meeting rooms/ communal areas to organising key events, sourcing venues/ catering and supporting the wider team with all admin and office related tasks.

You will love the variety this role has to offer; no two days are the same.

Combine your admin, co-ordination, organisational and people skills working in a diverse and changeable environment.

You will have the opportunity to really make the role your own, long-term opportunities a possibility.

You will embrace technology and have good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

You are an effective communicator who takes pride in your ability to engage with all stakeholders.
