**The Team**

An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join our residential development team on a 12 month contract. This is a part-time role working 4 days per week.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of lawyers and paralegals, working collaboratively alongside two other experienced Team Administrators.

**Your Role**

As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Opening, closing and archiving files in our systems
- Trust receipting, including arranging general and trust account transfers in accordance with Queensland Law Society requirements
- Liaising with clients regarding deposits
- Liaising with buyers and/or their solicitors regarding exchange of contracts
- Disbursing settlement funds to clients and third parties in a timely way
- Banking
- General administrative tasks including scanning, uploading documents and mail
- Sending invoices to clients Answering and directing calls

**What you need**
- Previous administration experience supporting a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Great communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new technology and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
