Fleet Operations Specialist

Join our dynamic E&I team, driving Australia towards a greener future We're seeking a skilled Fleet Operations Specialist to oversee our electric vehicle (EV) fleet, from procurement to disposal. Collaborate with the Product Owner, Fleet Strategy Manager, and suppliers to ensure fleet management, supporting AGL customer's access to EVs as part of their electrification journey. This role is pivotal in our eMobility team, driving product development crucial to AGL's decarbonisation mission.

About the role:
- Delivery Ownership, take charge of AGL Next's EV Fleet within the EV Supply unit, ensuring seamless operations.- Fleet Reporting, provide regular, accurate reports on fleet performance, collaborating with Product Owners and the EV Supply team to incorporate enhancements.- Supply and Utilisation Management, manage all aspects of fleet supply and utilisation, including ordering, pricing, and updates, in collaboration with Operations and Customer Success teams to refine processes.- Vehicle Tracking, implement tracking systems with the Fleet Strategy Manager and Product Owner to gather actionable data for reporting purposes.- Process Optimisation, design and implement key processes to optimise fleet performance.- Cross-functional collaboration, work closely with operations teams to identify and address process gaps.- Market Awareness, stay updated on the latest electric vehicle trends to enhance our fleet offerings.

About you:
- Commercial Acumen: Preferred background or knowledge in commercial operations- Asset Management Experience: Prior experience in asset management, fleet management, or related fields.- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with proficiency in creating and managing reports and spreadsheets.- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and devise strategic solutions to ensure project success, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.- Effective Organisation: Manage multiple initiatives concurrently with strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
