**About the role**
As our new Fleet Vehicle Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing relationship between V/Line and VicFleet, as well as managing activities across the fleet lifecycle.
Reporting to the Vehicle Fleet Manager, this role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet operations, requiring strong logistics, technical vehicle knowledge, and people coordination. Additional duties may be assigned in line with the employee’s skills and classification.
**About you**
- Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Fleet Coordinator (or equivalent position)
- Demonstrated experience managing Fleet services throughout the Vehicle Life Cycle
- Established time management and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Vic Fleet directly (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience engaging and maintaining relationships with Fleet Management Organisation representatives (highly desirable)

- Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023 / Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2023)._
