**The Company**

Lotus People are excited to be partnering with a market leading Property Management Business. As one of Australia's largest diversified listed property groups, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established and successful company. They are known for their high standards and have a really strong focus on investing in their staff. Based in the heart of the CBD in a beautiful office space, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of passionate individuals.

**The Role**

This is an exciting role that will allow a customer experience superstar to manage the day-to-day operations of the head office in the CBD. This role would see you working Monday to Friday during business hours, so would be the perfect opportunity for a customer service champion to move away from weekend and evening work, and into a permanent role with stable hours and a great corporate culture.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities of this role are;
- Event coordination
- Administration and ad-hoc duties as required
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to enquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner and maintain a consistent presence at the concierge desk
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the venue including workspace, public areas, kitchen and meeting rooms including office stock
- Onboard & induct new members, complete venue tours with prospective members
- Assist and create with events happening in the office.
