**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As Manager Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, challenges and opportunities, and use data analytics and effective visualisation tools to convey actionable insights for target audience.
- Lead a team of Consultants, Analytics & Insights.
- Manage delivery of models and dashboards development in accordance with requirements and estimated velocity or agreed SLAs.
- Data driven business - quickly and reliably putting Analytics and Insights into the hands of decision makers.
- Metric Framework development and governance, standardising data sources and metric definitions and leading the team to deliver analytical work and insights through dashboards development.
- Automate controls to foster trust in data.
- Development of dashboard reporting and deployment.
- As part of the leadership team, drive the transformation and upskill of the wider Analytics & Insights team in Ada (Databricks)

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Extensive experience leading an Analytics team, with a focus on data, shaping and business outcomes.
- Stakeholder management and experience in communicating with and influencing Executives and other business partners.
- Driving analytics and insights for a dedicated function, any previous experience supporting business units in Financial Crime and Fraud is preferable.
- People leadership experience and coaching.
- Familiar with Agile principles, techniques, and tools such as Rally.
- Good understanding of control management to foster trust in data, i.e., automation of controls, etc.
- Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail.
