**P&C Advisor, Workforce Planning**
**About the role**
Reporting to the People and Culture (P&C) Lead, the P&C Advisor works collaboratively as part of the Workforce Management, Central P&C team to deliver priorities across the Central Divisions. The P&C Advisor supports operational processes and practices, providing timely advice and support to central customers relating to workforce planning, including job design, job analysis, advertising and recruitment administration. The P&C Advisor also contributes to the discovery and implementation of key initiatives and continuous improvement in alignment with our clients P&C operating model. Key to success is to build and maintain strong stakeholder relations with the People Support team and central division customers to ensure operational service excellence outcomes are achieved for Central Division.
**What you will do**
- Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of operational activities which contribute to the delivery of the Advertising, Recruitment and Selection needs of Central Divisions.
- Provide high quality customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and achieve recruitment and appointment outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Provide HR advice and support to clients on workforce matters in line with departmental policies and procedures and other SA Public Sector guidelines.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain processes and systems to maintain recruitment information and data, including talent databanks.
- Undertake delivery of P&C operational requests relating to job design and analysis, managing self, and priorities in alignment with agreed team practices.
- Contribute to the preparation of recruitment analysis, reports, documentation, and correspondence supporting the implementation of recruitment services.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by taking personal accountability by identifying and reporting incidents, hazards, and injuries.
**Essential requiements for this role**
- You must have, or be able to obtain, a Department for Human Services issued Working With Children Check
- Experience as a HR / Recruitment Project Officer, interest in undertaking professional development in the human resources arena.
