**_ About you_**

Your ER, IR and HR knowledge will be leading edge and in line with current best practice recommendations. You will have an excellent ability to develop strong relationships and possess strong stakeholder management skills that facilitates a high level of trust between operational managers and the HR team. Your experience and relationships working with the wider P&C team (Group HR, Recruitment, L&D and H&S) will also see you establish your position as a trusted advisor within agreed departmental portfolios. Experience within the hospitality/entertainment industry will be ideal but not preferred, coupled with the below strengths:

- High level of professionalism, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, personable and can build rapport easily with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to aid and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with computer-based systems; and
- The ability to flex and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
