  • Experience in a broker- or customer-facing role, with strong relationship-building skills. 
  • Professional and/or academic background in underwriting, broader insurance, or construction/engineering sectors. 
  • A confident, curious mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive through change. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. 
  • A relevant degree in engineering (any discipline) or trade/construction experience (preferred but not essential). 
  • A team-first attitude, high motivation, and a desire to grow your career in a specialist insurance space.
