**About The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join the practice as a Retail / Optical Assistant. Mon to Fri. No Saturdays

**As a Retail / Optical Assistant you will**:

- Have a great rapport with our customers of all ages
- Efficiently perform reception and general administration tasks
- Learn the art of fitting and repairing spectacles and sunglasses
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect frame, sunglasses and lenses for their needs
- Assist in stock control, merchandising and presentation of the practice.

**About You**:
**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in a team-based, customer service environment, experience in medical or allied health environment highly regarded
- Attention to detail, initiative, and an ability to prioritise and solve problems
- A charismatic flair for fashion and personal presentation
- A cheerful and consistent level of dedication to match our company values
- A willingness to learn new skills

- Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV or equivalent in Optical Dispensing
- Experience in health administration, sales and optics all at once
