Join Wills Street Eyecare, an established and successful independent optometry practice providing eye health and quality eye care products to patients in the Bendigo region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join the practice as a **Practice Manager.** In this role you will utilise your leadership, retail and interpersonal skills to provide a top class service that delights our practice clients.

**As the Practice Manager you will**:

- Build a happy, cohesive team who will ‘WOW’ our patients at every point of contact
- Create a bright and inviting environment to complement clinical and sales activities
- Monitor purchasing and merchandising of stock to ensure we have what our patients need and expect in clear, attractive displays
- Join our team in providing advanced optical dispensing services, including fashion frame, sunglass, lens and contact lens sales, along with follow-up care.
- Support the optometrists and Practice Principals in all matters, including clinical care, marketing and administration of the practice.

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Management and leadership experience with a proven record of coaching a team to achieve KPI’s and performance measures
- A charismatic flair for fashion and personal presentation, with a genuine passion for helping our customers find the perfect eyewear
- A cheerful and consistent level of dedication that matches our values and goals
- Exceptional organisational skills with multi-tasking and problem solving ability
