What You’ll Be Doing:

- ** Building Connections**: Develop a great rapport with our diverse customers, from kids to grandparents.
- ** Mastering the Essentials**: Efficiently manage reception duties and general administrative tasks.
- ** Spectacle Savvy**: Learn the art of fitting and repairing spectacles and sunglasses, ensuring every pair is just right.
- ** Frame Finesse**: Assist customers in finding the perfect frames, sunglasses, and lenses to suit their style and needs.
- ** Stock Star**: Help with stock control, merchandising, and keeping our practice looking its best.

What We’re Looking For:

- ** Customer Service Experience**: A background in a team-based, customer service environment is essential. Experience in a medical or allied health setting is a big plus
- ** Detail-Oriented**: You have a keen eye for detail, can prioritise tasks, and solve problems with ease.
- ** Fashion Forward**: You’ve got a flair for fashion and personal presentation that inspires confidence in our customers.
- ** Positive Vibes Only**: A cheerful and consistent dedication to our values is a must.
- ** Eager to Learn**: You’re excited about learning new skills in a dynamic environment.
