Join Wills Street Eyecare, an established and successful independent optometry practice providing comprehensive eye care and quality eye wear products to patients in the Bendigo region.

This is a unique opportunity to be a Practice Manager in a practice that has both a health and a retail focus. In this role you will utilise your leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills to ensure our team continue to provide a top-class service that delights our practice clients.

We are a team of 4 optometrists and 5 optical assistants, who provide both reception services and eyewear selection, ordering and fitting to patients.

**As the Practice Manager you will**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Practice by leading, coaching and supporting the optical assistants to foster a positive and productive environment that provides exceptional customer service
- Support the practice principals with all aspects of practice operation
- Assist the optical assistants in their roles as needed
- Support the practice optometrists to enable patient centred care
- Manage relationships with external organisations and suppliers
- Manage controllable expenses and track accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure compliance with employment and building regulations

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $80,000 + Super
- Allowance for professional growth and development

- A willingness to learn the essentials of optical dispensing (if no prior experience)
