Join Wills Street Eyecare, a successful independent optometry practice providing quality eye care and spectacles to families in the Bendigo region.

**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join the practice as a **Sales Consultant / Optical Assistant**. The role is for 3 days per week ongoing with some flexibility to work extra days on occasion when required.

**As a Sales Consultant / Optical Assistant you will**:

- Have a great rapport with our customers of all ages
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect frame, sunglasses and lenses for their needs
- Learn the art of fitting and repairing spectacles and sunglasses and commit to formal training in optical dispensing
- Efficiently perform reception and general administration tasks
- Assist in stock control, merchandising and presentation of the practice.

**About You**

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in a team-based, retail environment
- A charismatic flair for fashion and exceptional personal presentation
- A cheerful and consistent level of dedication to match our company values
- Attention to detail, initiative, and an ability to prioritise and solve problems
- A willingness to learn new skills and commit to formal training in optical dispensing

Optical experience highly regarded, but not essential. Qualified Optical Dispensers welcome to apply
