At Kosmac & Clemens Optometrists we feel privileged to be able to assist our customers with their eye care. Our friendly, caring staff are expertly trained to understand customers individual needs and ensure they get the best lenses, frames and advice to suit their lifestyle. We are a group of practices located in Central Victoria.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our business is growing which sees us are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail / Optical Assistant to join our team. This position will require the successful applicant to work in our Bendigo and Heathcote practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- A variety of administrative support functions such as;
- Answering the phone;
- Efficiently make and follow-up appointments
- Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
- Data entry;
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
- Selling of eye wear to customers

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customer
- Retail experience
