**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administration Officer within the Division of Medicine.

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential secretarial, administrative and reception service to the Division. Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Prioritising, vetting and processing all communications (including telephone calls) in a competent, timely and confidential manner.
- Producing monthly activity statements for the Division.
- Assisting with ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Co-ordinating Divisional meetings and accurately minuting, transcribing and distributing minutes in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Divisional meeting rooms and communication equipment.
- Assisting Divisional Directors with the coordination of key events such as Grand Round timetable, sponsoring, education/information sessions specific to the division.
- Updating Divisional Databases including Mortality, Research and Audit and other key medical and nursing information.
- Providing support for all senior divisional staff as determined by the divisional directors such as but no limited to - meeting set up, diary management, minutes, mail management, report preparation.
