Are you an experienced **Operations Analytics Lead** ready to make an incredible impact? Join our highly engaged and collaborative **Member Services & Operations (MSO)** team and help shape how we transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, improve processes, and create a more seamless and impactful member experience.

As the trusted expert behind our reporting and analytics capability, you’ll lead the development of tools, systems, and insights that empower better decisions. Working closely with senior stakeholders and reporting to the Service Optimisation Manager, you’ll connect the dots between complex data and operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and implement dashboard reporting capability that turn complex data into actionable insights for the MSO team and our Administrator.
- Lead performance analytics to drive continuous improvement, service quality, and process optimisation.
- Ensure system integrity across MSO platforms, maintaining data accuracy and reliability.
- Deliver critical reporting including APRA and ASIC compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop financial and operational modelling to support business cases for initiatives.
- Identify trends and opportunities through operational and transactional analysis.
Train and empower the team through self-service reporting capabilities and ongoing knowledge sharing.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Extensive experience in a similar analytics operations lead role, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
- Strong background in handling operational data, incident management and complaint management process.
- Proven ability to develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools (Atlassian, Power BI and Excel)
- Experience in financial modelling, business case analysis, and data interpretation.
- A sharp eye for insights — you know how to translate complex data into meaningful actions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices and ways of working.
- Tertiary qualifications in technology, data science, analytics, or a related field (certifications highly regarded).
