Are you a seasoned data leader looking to make a tangible impact? We're seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to lead and grow a team of data professionals, delivering high-quality end-to-end SAP-powered analytics across the business.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-visbility role where you'll have real influence over how the entire organisation uses data. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of data solutions from design and build, to stakeholder engagement, to emnedding them into day-to-day operations.

This role balances hands-on technical influence with strategic leadership, so you'll get to stay close to the technology and innovation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional data team
  • Design, build, and deliver SAP-based analytics solutions to drive operational and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver value-driven insights
  • Ensure high data quality, governance, and security across all SAP data processes
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and foster a data-driven culture across the organisation

Skills we are looking for:

  • Strong SAP data experience (SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BI, SAP Data Services, or similar)
  • Proven experience leading high-performing data or analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, architecture, ETL, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical delivery and business impact
