We are seeking an experienced and organised **Office Manager** to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our NDIS business. In this key role, you will oversee administrative functions, manage office procedures, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting team efficiency, and providing high-level administrative support to management. This role is vital in ensuring our services run efficiently and meet the needs of participants, providers, and stakeholders in a professional and supportive environment.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Organising and managing office functions, administrative systems, and personnel.
- Participating in the planning and evaluation of office services while establishing service standards and priorities.
- Allocating resources such as staff, office space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assigning tasks and supervising the performance of office staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, promotions, training, payroll, performance evaluations, and staff supervision.
- Maintaining accurate office records and financial accounts.
- Managing the maintenance and availability of office equipment and supplies.
- Ensuring the office operates in accordance with relevant laws, government policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Communicating and collaborating with professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve operational issues.

**Skills and experience**
- must have an experience of 1 year or more working as office manager.
- Applicant must have Diploma or higher qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow the procedures accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to meet the deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
