We are a leading education agency located in Sydney CDB. We represent highly reputable schools and universities nationwide to promote mostly the Brazilian market. Due to the market demand, we are opening a position for a Student Services Officer, who can add value to the company.

The role will require the successful applicant to perform the following duties:

- Responsible for welcoming offshore students and being their main contact during their period in Australia;
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help them achieve their academic goals;
- Liaise with providers/staff to ensure efficient management of student enquiries and deadlines are met;
- Promote the Agency at all times and provide accurate and appropriate information to all enquirers;
- Accurate maintenance of student records in the information system, ensuring data consistency and compliance.
- Able to respond appropriately and promptly to a variety of enquiries from current and prospective students, agents, and sales teams.

Required skills:

- Patient, empathetic and approachable.
- Be punctual, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Able to always maintain composure and professional behaviour, especially if under pressure.
- Able to find information and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Sales background or desire to work in the Sales Department in the future would be a differential. Position available for an immediate start.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
