- About the roleAs the Design and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation and design of engaging and effective content, with a specific focus on driving digital based learning.

Working in an agile environment, you will complete Training Needs Analysis and use eLearning authorising tools to design, develop, and maintain, fit for purpose digital training solutions to be utilised across the organisation. Where required, you will also deliver programme content and sessions, virtually and in-person.
- Important to your success- Ideally 3+ years’ experience within a L&D role, specifically in design, development, and delivery.
- Experience producing L&D content in a fast-paced environment, using eLearning authoring tools, video capturing tools, content editing tools. (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit).
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with internal clients and vendors.
