How will you make an impact

The Digital Experience and Design team sits within Digital Acquisition, Product and Performance and is accountable for the customer experience of our digital assets , My AMP portal and app, AMP Super portal and app) from strategy to planning to execution (partnering with Digital IT) and optimisation.

The UX/UI Designer supports the creation and enhancement of customer experiences by collaborating with key stakeholders across product, marketing, IT, data, and insights. They will apply user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and design principles to optimise customer experiences and meet evolving needs. The UX/UI Designer also contributes to maintaining design systems for consistency and efficiency and works closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for customers and advisors.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI or Product design role and a proven track record of supporting successful projects in Consulting or large organisations, preferably within the financial sector
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of experience design projects, including web and mobile applications
  • A developing understanding of design principles, user-centred design, customer research and usability testing
  • Intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Interest in learning and supporting planning, organising, implementing and actioning user testing and research using leading practice online research and recruitment tools
  • Growing capability in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity while adhering to business privacy and security policies
  • Proven capability to project manage own tasks across multiple projects, or lead small projects
