**In the role of Business Support Coordinator, you are required to assist in the day to day administrative activities of the Office of the General Manager, Customer Service Branch. In particular, you are responsible for the daily management of two Executive Directors' diary commitments, organising all travel and coordination of meeting papers.

Working in a fast-paced office, you will be working together with the Principal Advisor and Senior Executive Coordinator to provide timely, professional, efficient and confidential executive support to ensure the proactive management of key issues and responsibilities of the General Manager's office are met.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high level and timely administrative support to Executive Directors through the management of their busy calendars, travel requirements and expense reconciliations. Provide proactive, logical and effective assistance to Executive Directors to ensure tasks are completed within specified deadlines and to agreed standards.
- Provide secretariate support to leadership team meetings and workshops by gathering agenda items, taking and distributing action items and coordinating supporting documentation as required.
- Undertake ad hoc administration duties for the Office of the General Manager and Enabling Teams as required, in particular, ordering of office supplies and ensure meeting rooms and office technology are maintained.
- Assist the Principal Advisor and Senior Executive Coordinator Customer Services Branch as required.

- Experience in identifying and achieving own work goals through planning, prioritisation and organisation of delegated tasks.
- Demonstrated contribution to a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying improvements and enhancements to systems and providing input in to proposed solutions.
