**About the Company**

Davidson Technology are partnering with a Global market leading Human Resourcing organisation

This is a 6 month initial contract with view to extend. The organisation understand and cater for Hybrid Work From Home conditions.

**About the Role**

The organisation are undertaking a large-scale enterprise wide consolodation program to unify their technology platforms across its Asia Pacific business and standardising operating processes across Asia to support.

As the Program Scheduler, you will be responsible providing program management support, insight and coordination activities across all delivery workstreams. The Program Scheduler manages the program financials, resource management, executive reporting, master program schedule and governance.

You will be responsible for the development of the master delivery schedule and dependencies including the ongoing maintenance, coordination and reporting across all programs of work.

**About You**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of planning, sequencing and scheduling activities for all programs of work to support the timely and successful delivery of the program;
- Develop and manage integrated schedules, that show work breakdown structure and assist Project Managers to identify intra-program dependencies, schedule risk and issues;
- Assist relevant stream leads / project managers to keep Project schedules up to date, such that they consistently align with the overall Unificaiton Program schedule;
- Run cross-team forums and cadences, as required, to ensure alignment on scheduling objectives;
- Support the Program Hub team across executive reporting, program schedule management and other govenance activities as required.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

- Demonstrated experience working on large transformation projects within a PMO
- Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to influence and drive productive development teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of a variety of project management and agile practices, tools, software, and processes.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with a proven record in dealing with suppliers.and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to in driving a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- The flexibility and adaptability to work in an unstructured environment.
- A demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and approaches.
- Experience delivering projects using ‘Agile ways of working’
- Experience using Confluence and Jira project management toolsets
