**About the Role**

The organisation aren't looking for a Master Scheduler or Program Scheduler, they need a Project Scheduler, who knows how to run a chedule, update, etc. You must have proven skills in managing a project schedule in Jira/Confluence. 60-75% of their time is expected in this. You have general PMO skills to help with the uplift of Critical Infrastructure and other analysis (for the remaining time outside of scheduling). You need to be a strong communicator who can collaborate and has solid stakeholder engagement.

The organisation are undertaking a large scale enterprise wide Unification program to consolidate their technology platforms across its Asia Pacific business and standardising operating processes across Asia to support this. As part of this Unification program, the Program Hub is responsible providing program management support, insight and coordination activities across all delivery workstreams. The Hub manages the program financials, resource management, executive reporting, master program schedule and governance. The Program Hub Scheduler will be responsible for the development of the master delivery schedule and dependencies including the oingoing maintenance, coordination and reporting across all programs of work.

**About You**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead the development of planning, sequencing and scheduling activities for all programs of work to support the timely and successful delivery of the program
- Provide integration between the various Program, Project and Stream schedules
- Develop and manage integrated schedules, that show work breakdown structure and assist Project Managers to identify intra-program dependencies, schedule risk and issues.
- Consider and accommodate organisational dependencies linked to the wider Unification Program and associated impacts
- Assist relevant stream leads / project managers to keep Project schedules up to date, such that they consistently align with the overall Unificaiton Program schedule.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure realistic and practical recommendations are made for forwarding planning activities on projects/programs
- Work closely with the Program Hub Lead to drive stakeholder engagement and comms to ensure that new practices are embraced across the organisation
- Run cross-team forums and cadences, as required, to ensure alignment on scheduling objectives
- Support the Program Hub team across executive reporting, program schedule management and other govenance activities as required

The essential Qualifications, Skills and Experiences are as follows:

- Track record of successfully leading scheduling activities for multiple large complex IT and/or business transformation programs
- Proven ability with complex Program Scheduling / Master Scheduling
- High level of energy, commitment and resilience to ensure program delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and ability to get involved in the detail where required
- Tertiary qualifications in business or technology
- Experience as a project co-ordinator delivering large scale technology projects
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- An ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Very strong in MS Project, Jira Advanced Roadmap and Excel
